It will be a family decision, and might depend on who is calling the shots. I would say no, especially if Jeb gets a say. Probably no, because they're all upset over the "Low Energy" label.
A more interesting question to me is whether Trump will be welcome at the funeral when GHWB passes, because he's a past President, and his funeral is as much an affair of State as a family matter. Excluding Trump from that would really be an exhibition of pettiness that CNN and MSNBC would love to exploit.
Be welcome? Who knows?
But it's a state occasion that a sitting president can't be excluded from.
I'm pretty sure that federal funding is involved: it's not just a family affair.
For Bab's funeral, Mike Pence can go and feel reasonably welcome.
Or it will be private.
I am sure Bill Clinton will speak at the elder President’s funeral AND possibly at Barbara’s as well. I know Trump won’t speak and depending on how he is emotionally maybe W will speak at both. But Clinton will be the main speaker at both funerals.
