Where exactly did the OPCW get those samples from?

The samples were turned over to the OPCW by the British, presumably they're same samples the British used to conduct their own testing.

The only party not given samples so far have been the Russians.

Then the Russian don’t really know what’s in the OPCW report, but the Brits do.

The OPCW also took their own samples, both directly from the victims and from the various contaminated sites.
