I don't know if the Czech Republic is part of the Shenghen Agreement but it's certainly part of the EU.If Cohen can,with his passport,prove that he wasn't anywhere in Europe at the time then the matter's settled.And once settled Cohen can sue that DOJ for millions for defamation...among other things.

They are. You can fly into partner countries and enter CZ. He was in Europe in 2016, the dates don't match the timeline of what was in the dossier[Aug right?]. I don't believe lawyers, nor .gov. So it's a flip of the coin. Buzzfeed looked into this a while back.
