It's not unreasonable to say Obama, McCain and Deep State sided with and assisted ISIS, which was incredibly stupid. But it is insane to claim they were created by the CIA.
That being said, Assad is not our friend nor are their Iranian allies or Russia. At best, he's the lesser of two evils.
