Don’t be deliberately dumb. Let’s face it our intelligence agencies can’t find their azz with both hands. We are likely relying on intelligence from MI6 and the Israelis. They have their own agenda especially the UK. I doubt Assad wanted to gas 70 people bad enough to bring down 103 missile strikes on Damascus. 1000 people gassed I might buy it. 70 people screams set up.
I don’t need intelligence from anyone to tell me that Assad is a POS who should have been taken out years ago. You’re only counting the most recent victim numbers. How many other times has this happened? It adds up after a while. The fact that nothing has been done after all the other gas attacks, only emboldens Assad or whoever has used them. When you don’t get blamed or spanked for your bad behavior, you’ll do it again to see if you can get away with it. I know, I dealt with the convicted felon mindset for 25 years. Some people never learn. They’re called repeat offenders. It’s your option to give Assad the benefit of the doubt. Frankly, I don’t care who used the chemical agents. If an allied air strike can wipe out the production sites, then I’m all for them. You or I don’t have first-hand knowledge of the evidence relied on, but I’m willing to trust the President to wade through the evidence provided him, and decide what the appropriate response will be.
