I have mixed emotions. If the Syrian government gassed their people, and we ignore the plight of those people, how is that different than ignoring, say, the holocaust or other atrocities? It may seem like apples and oranges, and we can’t fix all the overt evil in the world, but what is our moral obligation? And yes, I’m talking about our moral obligation before God.
