While I understand what you are trying to say....I'm old enough to remember that the "Winter Soldier" isn't a Captain America movie, so I object to equating Comrade Kerry as being as innocuous as someone who is "petty or backstabbing".
Kerry has spent his whole life being an unreserved TRAITOR, towards his country, for personal political/financial profit.
Heck, if you compare Kerry and Comey.........Comey comes out looking pretty good. LOL
