#19. If Assad DID gas his own people, it would be his “in your face” contempt for Pres. Trump and the U.S. on our way out the door.

Well, Pres. Homey don’t play that game no more!

The Russians got a big message a couple months ago we killed about 200 of them (reportedly “mercenaries” but some reporting has them as Special Russian troops - Spetnaz, etc - that were deliberately “decommissioned” or recruited from former soldiers).

They did the same thing in Ukraine except that the Ukrainians captured active Russian soldiers (and their documents, orders, equipment etc inside the country and put them on TV).

If we did take out chemical warfare R&D sites, then we have saved a lot of lives, no matter who they are. I call that a PLUS in this killing-pit of a country.

Also, Putin has been reminded that his “Collusion” partner, isn’t and is serious about what the Reds are doing in the Middle East.

Iran is crapping in its drapes-like clothing and Mullah headwraps because the US has just shown them that they are just a missile or aircraft flight away from oblivion.

Israel is just smiling but the US has also reduced the risk of Syrian CBW against them on the anniversary of the Holocaust. Point noted.

Indian tribes are smiling - Tomahawk missiles WORK. They are not called “Schumer Missiles”, you know and you know why (they wouldn’t work).

Sometimes we do get our intelligence right and act on it properly.

“All we are saying is “give Prez a chance”.”

I guess he’s prepared to call General Mattis a liar.

My post said that we had a lot of conspiracy theorists on this site - the people who want to believe the Deep State when they claim Syria had gassed the terrorists. You had to read the article to put it in context...otherwise I understand your response. I’m with you guys, I prefer to fight WW3 for something a bit more important than a few dozen terrorists who where likely gassed by their own people.

This is what the article said:

“Anybody who has tried to explain to me why Assad would do this sounds like a conspiracy theorist,” said (Congressman) Massie,”

I hear you. FR is now “reviewing” my comments before they post and most of them now never get posted. I guess I’m now considered a potential Russian troll. It’s pathetic.

I don’t understand why evil people do anything...but they do it.
