I only wish the following Counties north of Monterey up to and including San Francisco - San Benito, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, San Mateo (the county S.F. is in) and Alameda, were not put in North California and left in the new California. That would increase the GOP % in North California.

SF isn’t in a county, it is a county! San Francisco is a city and a county within the same border. It is called legally The City and County of San Francisco.
