Undocumented immigrants without a criminal background are being deported in the Philadelphia region at greater rates than in other states, a report by Philly.com and ProPublica shows.
The Philadelphia Immigration and Customs Enforcement office arrested more immigrants without criminal convictions than any of the other 23 regions in the U.S. last year, says the report.
Immigrants without criminal records made up 64 percent of "at large" arrests last year in the Philadelphia ICE field office, compared with 38 percent in the rest of the U.S., said the report.
The Philadelphia ICE region includes parts of Pennsylvania, along with Delaware and West Virginia.

Hey stupid journalist, an illegal is a criminal. An illegal is someone who is trespassing in the USA.
Under the previous two administrations when ICE/HSI went after a criminal alien they werent allowed to arrest other illegals they came into contact, such as family members. Those days are over. If you raise a gang member or live with a drug trafficker and are in the country illegally, you should pack your bags.
