The spokespeople do suggest, though, that it had to be deliverable by air.

I’m not sure why that is true. A sprayer set off in a morning wind blowing at the village would work.

Also, we were always told in the military that one droplet of nerve agent would kill. I saw a lot of sick kids on that video release, but it was either a very old, weakened batch of agent, or it wasn’t nerve agent.

Nerve agents are extremely toxic and it does not take much to kill. It can be delivered by a variety of methods depending on the type and viscosity of the agent.
