Media Fail: Only 23 Percent Believe Stormy Daniels Is Important Issue

Despite weeks and weeks of media hype about porn star Stormy Daniels, not only has President Trump’s job approval rating jumped in the latest Quinnipiac poll, but only 23 percent of Americans believe the alleged affair is an important issue. A massive majority of 73 percent say it is not.

Even 51 percent of Democrats agree it is not an important issue, along with 79 percent of Independents. Moreover, there is also no notable gender gap on the question.

In worse news for the media, although Trump denies the affair, by a margin of 58 – 14 percent they do not believe him but they still do not care.

Enough time has been wasted on this woman. Our media continues to get it wrong about what's important. With all the issues in the world, who has the time to think about this incident with a money-grubbing skank that happened twelve years ago? It wasn't even an "affair" but a one night encounter. Nothing to see here.

But, but. but.... the liberals and the media have been pushing this story because....because....because why??

I know they’ve been on the story, but they never quite tell us why it’s important. Are we supposed to be shocked, just shocked, that Trump would have done something like that? But then these same liberals minimize or discount similar behavior by their own........

How many of the 23% believed Monica Lewinsky was an “important issue”? I suspect 0%...they lowered the bar 20 years ago, and think anyone cares about some whore?

Which means it’s a lot lower than 23%.

Well, Disney and Comcast believe the porn star is extremely important.

Keep your family safe from Disney. And cut your Comcast cable.

Because it obviously is not a serious issue.

" the liberals and the media have been pushing this story"

Interesting how they're trying to turn daniels into their new pigressive role model. We shouldn't be surprised.

The whole muy Russia thing has fizzled multiple times now so they must find something to talk about. The Stormy story just happened to become news as a convienent time for them so they ran with it

the smarmy attny let the cat out of the bag today on one of his endless breathless interviews - ‘we can’t get him on Russia collusion but we can get him on campaign finance rules - it’s a felony!’ which Anderson shrugs off nervously. To which smarmy brags’ there will be more raids, our track record is pretty damn good’ and then it’s his turn to shrug off Anderson’s question over “the parking lot sketch” which Mr. Smarmy now says they won’t release, but he claims they have a positive ID.

This is Hillary kabuki theatre designed to kill the 50% support by planting doubt that Trump has “conspired” to something impeachable and yet another not-my-president club tactic to try to force impeachment

which makes me wonder if entrapment was the entire plot, considering the timing, and Hillary’s parade of women, mentioning Miss Piggy in the debate Sep 27,16. When did the bimbo show up? early October? (btw Miss Piggy aka cartel moll popped back up, now saying Trump wanted to hit it). But isn’t entrapment a crime known as blackmail and/or extortion when done by someone other than a law enforcement officer assigned to a specific case? I wonder how many of these players have Huma’s private number?

.....”we can get him on campaign finance rules - it’s a felony”.....

Well the answer to that is so what? They all do that so pay the fine and get over it.

“Well, Disney and Comcast believe the porn star is extremely important.

Can you imagine what Walt Disney would say if he came back today and saw what the “Hollywood Weinstein’s” have done to the company he nurtured as a “magical place” for children and adults alike? Why anyone would give “Hollywood” a nickel for the rotten $hit they put out as “entertainment” today is beyond me! There is nothing the least bit patriotic and/or uplifting by what passes for “entertainment” today and that includes “professional sports!” Right now I’d settle for being off the suckers list of having to pay for “venues” for these worthless people to play in.

Amusingly, while breathlessly rallying around this story, the leftist media icons have outed themselves as nothing more than tabloid ‘journalists’ - only with less integrity.

Anderson replied much the same. Not to mention a personal expense isn’t automatically a campaign contribution. But to the left, even a simple NDA contract has become ‘hush money’ and ‘intimidation’ if it will sell headlines.

here’s Stormy’s background:
a month before the election, on the heels of Miss Piggy, and days after the Oct 7 ‘Access’ tape, Stormy hit up Cohen for $130K, who created Essential Consultants on Oct 17. Stormy signed a NDA, and a side letter, on Oct 28,’16. A few days later, following the WSJ running the playmate article, InTouch published her 2011 interview where she claimed to have had an affair with Trump. Stormy immediately had second-thoughts according to her lawsuit, and wanted to join the chorus of women attempting to influence the election by claiming sexual relationships with Trump. She thought she could make more than $130K. Then there’s a lapse. In Jan, ‘18 someone ‘leaked’ that there was a NDA. On Jan 30, ‘18, Stormy authored and signed a letter denying any affair happened. Her attorney claims it was coerced. On Feb 27, ‘18 Cohen obtained a restraining order from the arbitrator and initiated arbitration process in Calif. Smarmy claims Calif is ridiculous, but Calif is clearly set out in the NDA. Stormy sues Trump Mar 6, claiming the NDA is invalid. She later stated that had she known Trump would not personally sign it, she wouldn’t have ‘taken the money.’ But the agreement clearly says ‘dd and/or EC”. He didn’t need to sign it. The judge sent this lawsuit back to the arbitrator a few days ago. Mr. Smarmy keeps saying Stormy deserves to ‘tell her story’ in a ‘jury trial’, but her ‘story’ was covered in 2011 InTouch interview, including her expectation to be ‘gifted’ a Tampa condo. Along with a completely unselfaware comment for a porn worker, questioning any wife that wanted a man that slept with “100 women.” She was in the news in 2009 for domestic abuse against her 3rd current hubby and for posing (backed by a “dem operative” according to NYT) as a Republican in the Louisiana Senate race. Recently Stormy planned a “Make America Horney Again’ strip club tour, $15 admission, $20 with picture. “She likes to maximize her profits not only on the feature dance bookings but at all times.”, her agent was quoted as saying. (Never mind she’s infringing and debasing a copyrighted Make America Great Again.)

Mr. Smarmy himself is the epitome of how the left thinks - they are all pompous self-absorbed asses whose lives are so empty they delight in badgering people (in this case, Trump) on any excuse, not for love of country, but because it’s fun to try to destroy people, and the longer they can drag it out, the more fun.

What I would be very interested in, is the ‘dem operative’ that was behind her ‘senate run.’ I suspect the same person prompted the 2011 interview and the October ‘16 contact and demand for money that led to the NDA.

Trump should tweet “Ya, I hit it, BIG FAKE RACK...Like a couple of bricks. Really bad, bad decision on my part. You ever make a bad decision? .... ..I forgive him. move on. Its not like he sold uranium to russia our had top secret documents and emails on a server that might as well have been at a local staples store or the public library. ..

Well said.

Comcast and Disney are largely responsible for the malicious MSM attacks against conservatives. No conservative family should patronize either of these two corrupt corps.
