These stores close because they get ripped off. Most of the time their truck deliveries disappear before getting in the store.
People have free food stamps and still rob and shoplift these stores blind.
It is other paying consumers who pay for the theft and the food stamps.
Just sickening.
Around here, most of Kroger's deliveries are done with 53' trailers backed up to the docks on the building wall and unloaded from inside.
