They’re very dangerous rabidly hostile and uncontrollably violent and provocative - always trying to incite ever-larger conflicts. Eliminating these dangerous gangs is an obvious necessary step towards achieving peace. Reality may suck but we must must must deal with it and deal with it effectively, imho.
