I disagree.

Every Syrian resident is required to have an ID Card.

Lay the ID on the victim’s chest and take a photo of the dead body. Then, just count the bodies.

Also, in a chemical attack, the victims would be tightly clustered in one neighborhood, so the address on each victim’s card would most likely be from the same area.

If the addresses are not the same, then a compelling explanation is required.

Anyway, since we have no verifiable evidence of any kind, I’m hoping that the new NSA, John Bolton, will explain the strategic logic behind Assad’s repeated, but completely useless, chemical attacks.

Russian military are in control of the "crime" scene reporting no dead bodies found...no traces of chemical weapons either. UN investigators enroute...
