You may be right, and I say IMPEACH Rosenstein, Sessions, and any other obstacles in the way to ending Mueller’s CYA investigation. Mueller carried the Uranium One sample to Russia, while he was acting FBI Chief.

The FBI and DOJ officials learned how to avoid prosecution by dealing with gangsters/criminal and mob types their whole career.
The only solution is to disband the FBI.

Legal principles allow for extension of statute of limitations for crimes whose evidence was purposefully kept private, especially after a court order. It’s an additional fight attorneys don’t want to face, but it’s possible.
