You can tell rather easily from that picture that the ice sheets are not as much a result of cooling, but of precipitation. The cycle of events starts with some cooling and then feedback from expanded snowfields and ice sheets. The current state of the planet is, fortunately, warmer.
Thank God the inventors of the Hobie Cat 16 were not distracted by this BS.
