Totally agree! Though this action doesn’t authorize our military to take violent action against illegals, there’s nothing wrong with “militarizing the border” when we’re faced with an invasion. Screw the Posse Comitatus nonsense — the Constitution gives the President the power to conduct war.

And the 2008 Defense Authorization Bill gives the DJT the power to militarize the border under current circumstances.

Posse Comitatus has nothing to do with protecting our border. That is a legitimate military function.
