Essentially yes. Some will ask for asylum and many
just mix into the population.
It is high time the US Starts charging people for services and cut them off. They should pay for education. They pay to put their children in summer programs. They can pay year round. They just want free child care in our schools so they can make money. They could care less if their children learn anything.
