Not surprised. Trump just barely won the state. And it’s infested with unionized government employees...
I'm sure Nancy Ryan backed her all the way.
Vox is not a reliable source, and selecting a Vox article to be posted in breaking news, with all the associated spin and democrat cheerleading speaks volumes.
Maybe the Omnibus dampened enthusiasm a bit. But I think the turnout will be greater for the mid-terms than they have been for these special elections.
I dont know who did his campaign ads. But the last one with the tuba was cheesy. Dont know that it would account for the big loss. But gotta say I dont think it helped.
Voters look at McShame and McConnell and a few more RINO aholes that are preventing us from making much progress and they turn off. Give up. Unfortunate but understandable - and it just leaves the commie pinko sorozNazi votes, real purchased and faked Either we get a lot more progress soon to repair America from all the obama damage or we will witness a long- term abdication by many, many frustrated conservative and moderate voters who tried very hard in 2016 but apparently failed to win congress or at least the senate in any meaningful manner of speaking and what Trump has been able to achieve has - by all accounts -been largely muted, limited by the RINO sorozNazi blockade
Packers need to move.
All these losses make Roy Moore look better. His loss perhaps not so surprising!
Well I do wonder what November will bring. Ora et labora
7.
It wouldn't take much to win this one. Nonetheless, this hopefully will be a wake-up call to party ops.
Still a conservative majority n the court. The libs came out to vote.
In these less-publicized elections two groups tend to show up, the public sector unions and the liberals in the college towns. Where you get both groups combined, like in Madison (Dane County), it’s an absolute blow out. With 87% reporting, Dallet has 107,000 vs. Screnock’s 25,000 votes.
I’m not surprised the liberal won for that reason. Conservatives just aren’t organized for these lower-turnout elections. Organization matters.
Wisconsin is the state where Hillary’s failure to turn out Democrat voters is most obvious.
Many people do not realize that Mitt Romney got more votes in Wisconsin than Trump got - and Romney lost the state.
With all the voter fraud that’s been turning up, I would be rechecking votes. Especially if they are using computer voting machines. I watched this interview Sarah Westall did with Laura Pressley who has a “Landmark Voting Fraud Case to Change U.S. Elections” going on. Ms. Pressley is in Texas and with all information leading into her election showing she had a clear win she was surprisingly defeated by a 24 year old upstart with no experience. Sound familiar? My area still uses paper ballets (thankfully) but her district uses computer voting machines. I’ll post the interview link if anyone is interested.
It just take one recusal in one case to tie the court, making the lower court ruling stand. The tactic of bringing a case that forces one judge to recuse is not an uncommon Liberal move.
This liberal victory is the precursor to ending Act 10, Voter ID, Right to work and many more conservative victories under Walker.
Act 10will likely be the first to be challenged - a win will reinstate Teachers Unions as the arbiter of property tax rates which having been drastically lowered will then be raised to pay the huge salaries the Union bosses were accustomed to in the past.
Since liberals are anti-business in Wisconsin, the Foxconn plant win will be challenged and, if they can, canceled. Wisconsin will begin to return to high unemployment and high taxes, becoming Illinois with California values.
Its vote fraud and control of media.
Liberals are less than 24% of the population they win one-of elections where they can bring their entire national machine to use on one race. Most conservatives never know there is an election going on because the media hides it.
These none voting conservatives might want to remember that their same stay home attitude gave us Obama twice!
I have a few reasons to explain the loss.....
1.) Major snow storm - Storm was brutal in Northern Wisconsin. That is where most of Trump’s support came from. If I am correct, dems tend to vote more absentee.
2.) Advertising (or lack of) - I don’t recall seeing any ads for Screnock. For Dallet there were several both for and against. As the saying goes “No such thing as bad publicity”.
3.) Nobody cares - I cannot believe the number of people who didn’t know or care there was an election.
The Soros team got a Democrat msjority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and successfully changed the congressional districts to favor Democrats.
