The disturbing part of this is that it’s being spoken out loud in a public way. We’re talking here about a duly elected president, like him or not. He’s suggesting a SP with no limits placed on him can dig around endlessly to find something, anything, to overturn the will of the people.
Friedman is expressing what a large number of ignorant people are hoping for. He’s planted a seed. That how the left brings the public along. Seeds planted here and there, outrageous at the outset, shocking even. After awhile it is repeated in a different way, and soon it’s “accepted”...
