In 1920 there was a population of 106,021,537. So, can I assume you are about 100 YEARS OLD??

Looks like about 130 million in 1940, and 327 million now. That would get a little over two and a half times the population since birth for someone who is 77-78.

Really not that far from 3X, as a rough estimate. Certainly not cause for snide derision.
