Have Special Forces teams cross-train infantry or similar combat soldiers first (to get enough soldiers for the mission). Hand out goodies, do medical checkups, etc. Then entertain and entice the invaders into getting ready for a trip. Have them ramp onto aircraft, and take them to a rural area back home. ...or maybe even across the Atlantic to the Congo to drop them off for educational purposes.

My take:
The U.S. should declare war on Mexico if they do not step in and neutralize this gang of mostly males from approaching the U.S. border from the country of Mexico with intent invade a sovereign U.S.
Also, stop any and all handouts to every un-cooperative Central and South American country.
