6 months? Really? I'd like to see you support that with facts. And don't just count the school days and say that equals 6 months.
And teachers don't get paid for a year of work ... they get paid for the months they work and opt to have it paid out over the full calendar year.
Oklahoma teachers make a minimum salary of 31 grand. They get week long vacations multiple times a year. Christmas Break, Spring Break etc. They get all summer off. Don’t like it? Don’t teach. I’m sure if you asked any other person, they’d take that deal.
