I see two arms each other in the pictures. Which they are planning to use to pick my pockets. I also see no uniforms. They would be illegal combatants, with zero rights under the laws of war.

Invasdion: an incursion by a large number of people or things into a place or sphere of activity. Or: an unwelcome intrusion into another’s domain.
Neither one of those constitutes having arms. But can’t someone invade based just upon sheer numbers. And if they pick up a rock or stick and wield it, isn’t that a weapon? Do cockroaches have weapons, you can have an invasion by them. They play many word games. Some are stupid.
