The lawsuit cited Article 4 of the Constitution, which says that the United States “shall protect each of [the states] against invasion.” But U.S. District Judge Judith Keep in San Diego and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco threw out the lawsuit on grounds that California and Arizona are not being “invaded” by a hostile, foreign power.

Well this latest invading group has a whole list of demands and lawyers waiting for them. They demand good jobs as soon as they set foot in the USA. They claim it is their right. They claim it is the right of anyone who wants to come to the USA to tune of 6 billion more invaders and we have to let them. Delusional. They will make fine libtards, however.
