I tried for a while but never was able to spend enough time trying to follow the whole Q thing.

So what is this alluding to? Sealed indictments from the OIG investigation (that seems way too many to be reasonable)?

Sealed indictments in the DC area? Sealed indictments across the country?

If they are "up to 24,544", is this a lot? What is the average or normal volume?
