Charles Barkley is best known for his goofy basketball analysis on NBA Thursday nights and during the NCAA tournament. But hes not afraid to talk politics. And hes definitely not afraid to criticize President Donald Trump.
Barkley gave his opinion on Trump and his policies during an interview with CNNs David Axelrod. And they werent positive opinions.
CNN released a one-minute clip from the interview early. In the snippet, Barkley discusses his frustrations with Trump:
Listen, I never talk bad about the president, Barkley said. Ima be factual. Ive never been more angry and disgusted at this situation than I am now. This turmoil every single day, the tweeting, the hiring and firing.

I want everybody to have a good job. I want their kids to go to school, I want their kids to be safe. I want everybody to have economic opportunity.
And I want to make sure we dont forget about DACA, our public schools. I dont want to forget about those poor people in Puerto Rico. This guy is very talented at putting a ball into a hoop. Therefore we should listen to him on national policy. He is also such a wonderful person. I know this because he tells us so. It would be interesting to hear about all the wonderful things he has done to improve things, like all the generator he would like to send to Puerto Rico.
You misspelled “derp.”
Boycott Capital One.
I turn off Barkeley now whenever he comes on the tube.
The situation in Puerto Rico.is being handled by a virtual army of utility workers....their system was such a disaster BEFORE the storm that it is being rebuilt from the ground up....all that can be done is being done....and DACA is being sabotaged by the Democrats so they can use it for campaign purposes....and he knows it.
It’s March Maddnes and Charles thinks he is much more relevant than he really is.
