It is important anyone interested in the FBI and DOJ investigation take the time to digest the details within Attorney General Jeff Sessions notification letter to congress outlining his previous appointment of U.S Attorney John Huber to parallel Inspector General Michael Horowitz as a prosecutor.
Do not trust the pundit filtration of content, take the time to read it yourself.

Do you get paid for this drivel?
However, one by one every one of these cretins has been exposed, demoted, taken out of power, their reputations are in tatters, and they're all in tenuous situations at best, and that's being kind.
Comey, Strozk (and lover), Ohr, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe, and countless others.
Just because there is a quietness from Sessions does not mean nothing is happening. Au contraire, as the above list of people losing their power shows, lots is happening.
What is the basis for the claim that McCabe is worth $11M? I keep reading that but don’t know the source, and can’t imagine a 20+ year FBI employee having that kind of wealth. Was his wealth inherited? What does his wife do? Where does their $$ come from?
Yes patience is key.
“Do you get paid for this drivel? “
Lame.
Do you keep a picture of Jeff Sessions under your pillow at night?
AIM (Thomas Paine) says Huber is SES (along with Rosenstein & Mueller).
“There seems to be confusion about what the IG has been investigating until now. He has been investigating FBI handling of the Hillary e-mail case.”
The investigation was expanded months ago.
The House Judiciary Committee sent a letter July 27, 2017, to Sessions and Rosenstein that includes a list of questions that the Committee wants investigated; #10, #11 & #13 are of particular interest:

Stephen Boyd replied for the DOJ on Nov 13, 2017 and indicated that the DOJ had federal prosecutors looking into the concerns listed in the July letter.

“Is there any indication that the AG will EVER authorize the IG to make any arrests?”
Doubtful, since an IG can’t arrest anybody. But the federal prosecutor working in parallel with him can. Try to keep up before intoning the ever persuasive “duh”.

Beautifully said. Do you happen to be a "writer" of some type?
Indeed. And of one thing you can be sure...if a special prosecutor is appointed, any indictments will be delayed for months, if not years.
Sorry, I don’t do Scribd.
I read .pdf just fine, but not scribd.
Senior Executive Service. (Shadow Gov’t, began under Pres. Carter, estimates close to 10k people, unbelievable salaries and authority, unaccountable, supposedly can’t be fired, etc)
Me: Is there any indication that the AG will EVER authorize the IG to make any arrests?
You: “Doubtful, since an IG cant arrest anybody.”
Me: Sigh.:
“...Inspector General may be authorized by the Attorney General to-
(B) MAKE AN ARREST....”
“But the federal prosecutor working in parallel with him can.”
So I say AGAIN, this Huber an Obama-appointed gimoki, is going to make arrests in DC?
HA!
Try reading for comprehension prior to posting idiotic responses.
“Try to keep up before intoning the ever persuasive duh.”
Duh.
Huber has prosecutorial powers. He is the same guy that showed us fast and furious. He is the same guy that brought Eric holder to light. We also know there will be deals cut with the pawns for testimony. We also know Huber would be able to make those deals. We also know there has been grand jury testimony in the matter already. A special prosecutor would take years starting from scratch. I expect a great number of apologies to Sessions and Huber from freepers soon.
Those letters confirm that the OIG report will be concerned with the Clinton e-mail affair.
The second letter notes the federal prosecutors, not the OIG, “will make recommendations” about matters “not currently under investigation”.
That sounds like foot dragging to me, especially in light of revealing on March 28 that another IG into FISA abuses is just now being initiated in response to Congress and AG requests.
