Wouldn’t be surprised.
Mentioned this because we haven’t seen any pretense of charging a guy in a fatal accident, while we will charge a guy with a traffic ticket.
How is a guy supposed to intervene from the back seat?

Agree - can’t see ticketing an actual passenger - kind of like a bus driver passing out and then having the fares get ticketed because it ran through a red...maybe the cop wasn’t sure what to do and hoped the passenger could do his job for him...
