So what major decisions,if any,has China made in recent months? Have they decided that a war...possibly nuclear...on their border is something that must be avoided? If so,they...Kim Jong Psychopath's only friend...have probably told him that the jig is up and his games will have to stop.

Or have they decided that NK is still a valuable tool to keep this country's eye focused elsewhere while they annex the entire South China Sea and continue their annexation of Africa?

It seems that only time will tell.

China could have told Kim to check his nuke inventory and pick some defective ones then hand them over to Americans, declaring that that is all they have. In return, China could pay a billion dollars for each nuke he gives up. Allow no intrusive inspection of nukes and ICBM's by U.S. and allies.

Kim can still keep dozens of operational nukes and all ICBM's. China would fully back him up in this process.

This is one possible scenario.
