video:
student David Hogg filmed this video while his Florida high school was on lockdown because of an active shooter on campus Feb. 14. “Thousands of people have died from gun violence and it’s time to take a stand,” Hogg said, citing the need for stronger gun control laws. Seventeen people were killed in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting.

He seems to have been in that closet for the purpose of making the video and no other reason. There’s no fear, no sadness, no emotion what-so-ever.
Aw, a clearer copy of the video. What looked like a “guy with a camera” is a girl with a bun. Lighting helps.
In the video, he says it’s 3:15 and they are in lockdown and know they have had a school shooting but says in the CBS interview and VOX that (at 6:00 we’re guessing) he doesn’t know if this was a mass shooting.
A handful of hours later he’s yucking it up at CNN. Zero empathy for anyone. It’s ALL about him, much like someone else we know.
