Unless we ourselves are really willing to be that someone who is willing to die or go to prison fighting for the Second Amendment, then there's no guarantee that anyone will.
This candidate for sheriff is calling that bluff. Unless he wins, there is no reason for us to find out how serious normal Americans are about protecting freedom. If he wins, and if he violates our God-given rights, I have no doubt on the swift and certain outcome of that unconstitutional abuse of power.
