When the news was getting out about the 'signing' early Friday and without knowing the backstory in play, I thought DJT might've blinked
Didn't take long though to grasp what was happening and realize it was actually a masterstroke.

I admit that I too was concerned when PRESIDENT (I never tire of saying that) Trump signed the bill. No excuse ... but the surrender monkeys and doomsayers that seem to have recently infested the ranks of FR had some influence with that. It took about 15 minutes before I remembered that DJT is no fool and is 100% for America. At that point I decided to reserve judgement and comment and give Trump some well deserved faith ... I am glad I did
