Hey, I wasn’t asking a snarky rhetorical question, but rather a request for clarification as to what the meaning of oversight would be in this situation.
Oversight means they will ensure the President draws on funds to be applied to the legislative purposes the funds were allocated for.
The President may decide to not draw funds marked for a legislative purpose such as ‘family planning’ (abortion). But IF HE DOES DRAW FUNDS from that account, he must use them for the purpose they were allocated for.
