When it gets to court, and we can be sure it will go there, it will be interesting to see how a lower court liberal judge will twist a ruling to say in effect the Commander in Chief of the United States is not authorized to protect and defend the nation.
Yes, I agree it will go to upper level courts. POTUS has done well there for the most part.
