Many are in denial here. It is an understandable mental defense to what happened to us. Planned baby murder was FULLY funded in the bill trump signed 100%. The wall was funded absolutely ZERO.

Any redirection of Defense funds would have to be re-authorized by Congress. The defense budget is line item specific and is not discretionary.
