Trump had to sign this as a matter to save himself politically. If he vetoed it and the government shut down, it would be 24/7 news coverage of how this is Trumps disaster and his approval rating woul go from the mid 30’s to the teens. The Dems would with certainty win control of Congress and Trump wouldn’t be able to run for re-election in 2020.
I have said before this is still a rapidly dying country. It is headed for fiscal collapse. Enjoy your MAGA and you American dream lifestyle now because in a year or too, it will all be gone.
