According to Rush L, the Senate does not have the votes to over-ride a VETO at this time. Eight of those 'no' votes were Democrats. In order to reject Trump's veto those votes will change is a New York minute. That would give it 75 votes in the Senate. House is the iffy one.
What happened to the line item veto? 🤔
