Well, since the official White House stream says “President Trump Participates in a Bill Signing” I can’t see him NOT signing it.
If he does, I’m very disappointed. I thought we had one guy in government who stood up for us.
Worse than that. This morning he tweeted a threat that he would veto it. If he signs it now, meekly, without change, it's a clear sign that his threats are empty. His opponents in Congress - on both sides of the aisle - will neither fear him or respect him.
