Like I said before, if everything Trump said about Sessions were the "truth" as you claim, Sessions would have been gone last spring.

Which is exactly why Sessions still has his job.

Trump has stuck with him all this time for a good reason.

Things are not always what they appear at first blush with Trump.

In an apparent "tell" of what is to come, Trump has redone his legal team. He is getting ready for the IG report to come out and needs Sekulow & diGenova to direct traffic.

There are already sealed indictments and there will be new indictments sought via the grand jury the DOJ prosecutor has already empaneled.

None of us will know for certain until it happens, but that is my take.

‘Sessions would have been gone last spring.
Which is exactly why Sessions still has his job.’

I addressed this painfully simplistic ‘argument,’ in a prior post. Are your assumptions so inviolate that you cannot bear even to superficially read an alternate POV?

‘President Trump refers to Attorney General Jeff Sessions as “Mr. Magoo” behind closed doors, according to a report Wednesday.

Trump’s nickname for his attorney general is a cartoon character created in the late ’40s who is a wealth, short man who gets into comical situations due to his extreme near-sightedness.

Trump and Sessions have had a turbulent relationship since he recused himself from the Russian investigation last March.’
