Ryan is going to proudly lead the House GOP into the minority in November. The GOP acts like it wants to lose so it can sit in the comfy chairs and act as a Potemkin Village opposition to the Rats while raking in their portion of the spoils of war on American citizens.
I thought Ryan had already announced he was not running again
The GOP prefers to be the minority.
And they will get their wish in November.
