Any monkey can be trained to hit the target as well. I know, I served with a few. LOL. If we arm our teachers, train our teachers, and let everyone know that our schools are full of armed, trained teachers then there will not be a whole lot of idiots who are brave enough to try and shoot up a non-gun free zone school.
