The President has the responsibility to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and he has the authority to use all of the armed forces at his command to carry out his responsibility.
There is a rebellion underway, led by persons unknown, but probably including recently retired senior leaders. The rebellion involves officials of the Department of Justice, the FBI, possibly the CIA, and the governors of California and perhaps other states, as well as Senators and Members of Congress. Their purpose is to obstruct the operation of laws passed by Congress and signed by Presidents. As Abraham Lincoln put it, "the laws of the United States have been for some time past, and now are opposed, and the execution thereof obstructed..."
Now, this is, in the felicitous words of Joseph Robinette Biden, late VP of the United States, a "big fu*kin' deal".
It does not mean civil war, not yet. The civil war turned from a rebellion into a catastrophe when the chain of command disintegrated, which does not necessarily have to happen here.
But, when the first combat commander refuses orders to act against the rebellion, and a second combat commander accepts an order to take him into custody - then the fat will really be in the fire.
I do not believe the legal system can deal with this. Too many crimes have been committed by too many people who retain the loyalty of men with guns.

Much of the CIA has been rogue for decades, but it went full blown enemy of the Constitution under the Muslim traitor John Brennan.
The CIA is, in fact, the foundation of the Deep State, and behind every shenanigan and battle against Trump and the American people.
These people think they are above the law, above the Constitution, and above We The People.
I pray they are apprehended, and that justice is served.
