Buereaucrats have plausible deniability of what is found out because they never singled out anyone for monitoring and no single agency approved it.

What you say is true. We should be “scared out of our pants”, as you say, but but but..... that is where our faith comes into play.
If we truly believe that God is in ultimate control, then there is no need to fear. What is impossible with Man really is possible with God.....which is why we pray and keep looking up : )
