Robin Williams as a performer, he was often brilliant. I admit I laughed at him a few times, but he never reached in and tortured my funny bone like Cosby did or even Chris Rock. He seemed to be mentally unstable, even schizophrenic. Laughing at him was like laughing at Howard Sterns belittling of midgets and the retarded. I laughed, but felt guilty afterwards.
I liked his early stuff. As I grew older it was as if my brain just grew tired of the manic ups and downs. But, I would stop to watch if I came across him.
What he was doing back then, in context, I could understand. But Robin was Robin. If anyone else did that, my bet is they would have been dismissed out of hand.
Harassment is often in the eye of the one being harassed. I am not going to judge Robin Williams. He has been judged already by one greater than all of us.
I had GF’s give me the look when I was listening to Howard S back in the late 90’s. Nowadays, the morning zoo shows are just pathetic and lame compared to what I listened to in the 90’s. Everyone is one edge due to the liberal pc nonsense and advertisers listen more closely to the audience numbers..
Bipolar more likely.

It was like he was manifesting symptoms for medical students to diagnose.
It wasn't hard to feel uncomfortable watching him.
Plus when he went into one of his rants he'd get all sweaty.
“...belittling of midgets...”
You did not really just say that, did you?
