Ditto. I generally found him to constantly over-act, unnecessarily.

He was always full-on, regardless of the scene.

For whatever reason, he eschewed "timing".

For what it's worth, to clarify, I never watched more than a couple of minutes of Mork and Mindy in my sixty five years. I couldn't even stand the commercials for it at the time.

I did enjoy "Good Morning Viet Nam" a little bit, mostly it was because he was controlled to some degree by the director.
