Do you think guys in the military are taught bomb-making?
I'm an Ordnanceman in the Navy and I never went to bomb-making school nor do I know anyone who did.
Honeywell makes bombs. Raytheon makes bombs. Guys in the military don't make bombs but anyone with courage and motivation can go on-line and figure out how to make things explode.
I guess I was assuming specialist that know how to diffuse a bomb
would know how to make one.
But I certainly see your point.
