Someone made a comment 20 minutes ago on the sister’s FB page that police have arrested another man from the bomber’s house.

An article I read said one person interviewed claimed to have seen multiple drones flying over a house, and that the house was run-down, and a lot of people were regularly seen coming and going from it. Sounds like a group bombing effort. He might have just been the delivery guy.
