WTF is a “high capacity ammunition cartridge”? Nothing. The term is meaningless drivel, and illustrates nicely that the vast majority of disarmists are completely incompetent to suggest policy on any matter at all, firearms most definitely included. Their best bet would be to sit down, shut up and tend their own knitting.

I’m pretty sure these were used during
the civil war. It was a exploding cannon
ball, filled with .50 cal lead balls.
It flew 6’ off the ground, and detonated
over the heads of opposing troops.
